Sand Plums 2023

Looks like going be a good year for sand plums thickets are loaded with green ones few small red ones.

I haven't had sand plum jelly since Kansas. That was ...1980?

Since I cannot have alcohol, I would trade a large locally made bottle of strawberry wine for a couple of jars.

Our bushes are heavy with green ones and some with a slight red tinge. It was so dry last year we didn't pick a single plum.

Yeah, I have few bushes and they are loaded. Now can some one post the recipe for the Jelly?

Chiggers will get ya! It will be a good year for plums pecans, probably blackberries also.
