Actually, I've been told that the early settlers of America initiated a "commune" system. They soon learned the lesson pointed out by Wyatt M and did away with that system, simply because "Jimmy" did as "Jimmy" would do. Warren and the other socialists would do well to study economic history to see that capitalism is a far better system than socialism. Venezuela is a prime example of the failures of the socialist system, but sadly, the socialists just keep saying that "they didn't throw ENOUGH money" at the problems.

And therein lies the rub. The more you throw at it the sooner you run out. (I wonder how much Soros and his ilk are willing to throw into the pot ...)

Um ... Anyone know where in the Constitution that the power to do this is granted? I looked at the fictitious "Good and Plenty" clause and it's not there. I searched in vain for the "Big Enough to Confiscate" clause ... I'm totally frustrated!

Desperately in need of help with the Constitution, I am!

No doubt. Until the Court comes out with the accurate, original intent definition of regulate, we'll be continually raped of freedom, rights will be infringed, and business will be hindered.

The Democrats are like Lemmings, one jumps off the cliff and all the others follow suit. Someone came up with this Socialism idea and they all jumped on the bandwagon notwithstanding our history of success with capitalism, you have money, you make money if done wisely. I'm not sure where they're going with this albatross but they're leaning toward the radical youth in our universities that want free medical, free schooling, free housing, free everything and just how are they going to get the money? Taxation-they'll tax us into poverty and oblivion. They're trying to succeed on raw hate.
