They're already coming here to grow weed. The old Dollar General here in Luther that's next to Sonic sat unoccupied and for sale for quite a while. Someone bought it and immediately had well over $100K worth of HVAC installed. The vehicles in their parking lot had New York tags.
Someone else must be holding the license. You have to prove 2 years residency before applying. Crazy to bring in them when there is plenty of good old boots here that have been growing for years prior to the medical

Yeah, there was a law firm (IIRC) that got their butts in a sling last year for doing that. They had some ungodly number of grow operations licensed under their umbrella, and most, if not all, of the actual owners of the operations weren't legally allowed to own them.

Live in Cleveland County and I checked a few years ago . We make too much money to freeze our taxes!!! I think if you are a senior, taxes s/be half or none. We have paid our fair share of taxes over a lifetime.
I heard that you have to file yearly for the freeze, not sure if true.... My :twocents:

.
What is the cut off on annual wages before one is not eligible to freeze?

2 lawyers 400 grows. Strange that both of them have 2 case dockets each for the same charges, each has a docket showing all charges dismissed and another docket showing the cases progressing.

Freeze is 86K & homestead exemption is 30k.
I think it includes all income including SS
That is for Oklahoma County. Other counties can be different. And the 30K is for additional homestead exemption, not the primary one. I found out that income includes gambling winnings too if you get a W 2-G which my wife got this year when she hit a $7900 jackpot. Those can be offset by losses if you get a win/loss statement from the casinos you go to if you use a players club card.
