What are Oklahoma law enforcement opinions on FOP support of gun control legislation?

Just saw this thread. Although things may be different (for now) given that Feinstines' AWB was pulled, I went ahead and told our lodge president I'd be pulling my money and membership if we as a lodge did anything be it publicly or silently to back any restrictions on 2nd Amendment related issues. I'd hope that others would do the same. It's America, money talks. Maybe a vast reduction in membership would overcome the opinions of big city chiefs who think they represent us all with their liberal ideals.

I know that locally the lodges are not in support. The state lodge is probably following the lead of the national lodge, I don't know why they would support it.

I don't think getting him to drink is the problem. It's what he's drinking that's the problem.
