I'm really not surprised what all the CIA might be doing....so, what is your point?
I don't know about "fixed," but I used to say that government never did anything to "make a profit." Then it was pointed out to me that the Tennessee Valley Authority did make a profit with the generation of electricity using dams and hydroelectric facilities.
The only profit the federal government makes is to keep in touch with us.... They take our tax dollars and give it to nations and entities that hate us and then they make a "round robin" trip back to us for more money to give and buy votes. Overall, we have no say so in the matter because our government (congress) doesn't work for us, they are working against us! Even now Schumer is trying to pass a bill that would give illegals the right to vote-we knew it was coming but not as quickly as the current bill they are working on. And here is the way our representative "represent us..."
