My wife turned in her paperwork to the county on 13 Aug and got the letter (dated 01 Oct) on 03 Oct to pick up the SDA license. I think that is 35 business days. 
Are most of you folks getting the 10 year option?
I think that is a great improvement myself.
I think everytime it came to renew I was already late.
This will mean I'm only late once ever ten years now instead of twice......

I was gonna do the 10 year option but the wife thinks getting my license is a "phase" i'm going through and that in 5 years I won't carry at all. I am looking forward to proving her wrong, many times over. From what I have been reading on here my license should be back in the next few weeks. The wait sucks

My wife and I just renewed this summer. Didn't take that long, we both did the 10 year option. Funny thing is, we both sent in the paperwork at the same time, and mine came back quicker. Like a week or something.

I turned mine in on the 30th of September. It's killing me!
I was fingerprinted about an hour ago, so I should be able to pick it up after work right?
Its official I got mine. I haven't got my letter yet but I was gonna be out running errands today and decided just to give it a try and see. Glad I called!!!
