i thought you were gonna say it had a 283 with power pack heads and a high riser intake with pop up pistons and a 3/4 race cam??

Yes to most but 30/30 Duntov cam, 327, fuelie heads,TRW pistons, Edelbrock hi rise and 600 holley. It actually did run pretty well for the time( probably mid 13's).

Lol. In all seriousness I plan to do a project with my dad in restoring a car. I just don't know what we should do. I have narrowed it down to 4. Either a 69 road runner, 69 coronet/super bee, 69 or 70 Boss 302 mustang or the car my dad made a living on by killing people on the 1/4 mile back in the day aka Plymouth Duster 340. I cannot remember the year of his duster for the life of me, I am gonna have to ask him.

If our family friend hadn't already restored 2 1970 AAR Cuda's then i would of had that in the mix but i don't want to do something that is common to see around here. What do you guys think?

The Duster IMO - good luck finding one with a 340 in it - those are in real short supply to the best of my knowledge.

I finally got to drive mine today for the first time since getting torn up, she had been sitting in her stable since the fall of 2010.

Wish I had a picture, its a 1970 SS Camaro, hugger orange with black stripes.

I am partial to chevy's BUT I love all makes and models of old muscle from that era.

Pretty rough. The problem with most old Mopars is rust. They were much worse than GM or Ford.I've owned many over the years.
You are right. That is the only thing about pics on CL. You would sure want to check the rust out. If they were both solid cars, it would not be a bad deal on either.
