This is just an impression/gut feeling from listening to live local coverage but I think the news reporters are going with the three shooter scenario just to bait in more viewers. My hunch is that there is only one shooter.

An unarmed security guard. That's like when I went to the hospital at Ada the other day and saw the gunbuster signs on the doors, then the security guards - unarmed. Those victims in CA were trained to lay on the floor and be shot.
