2008 - Obama received 69.5 million votes.
2016 - Trump received 63 million votes
2016 - Hillary received 65.9 million votes.

Trump's approval ratings is down there with Nixon, Carter and Bush (W).

Not sure anyone is really concerned about Trump.
It takes what it take's Ace

What you left out is that obama care with all his lies and deceit was meant for one thing.....single payer.
Johnathan Gruber wrote Obamacare. He has commented that the public is stupid.

The fawking dimocrats consider you and I stupid. So, yes it is acceptable to comment on the dimocrats legislation n the past to understand their position now.

The republicans think you and I are stupid too....by expecting us to believe the bill McCain voted down was actually going to repeal the ACA.

You're almost awake...take your distrust of the Dems and transfer it across the aisle as well. Neither party is working in our best interest.

Speaking for myself, at the end of the day I have to trust what the GOP stands for. Naturally, I'm not naïve, as their platforms doesn't always translate as their politicians suck too. However, this is a gun board, and last I checked it was the left side trying to inch away 2A rights over the last administration's term. The tsunami of political correctness, cultural appropriation, white privilege, or whatever SJW rhetoric flavor of the week entails, just doesn't come from the right.

They use those hot button issues to get you to go along with the rest of their corporatized oligarchy agenda...just like the dems use social justice flavored items to get folks to go along with their corporatized oligarchy agenda.

In the end, we're all getting played. If you are trusting any politician simple because he promises not to take your guns away you might as well go ahead and give up your guns because you've already surrendered.

Trump is an A-Hole, but he's better than this A-Hole would have been.

So 2A issue aside (it could be any issue) what you're saying is that we should just give up because by definition anyone who runs for the office is a politician. So what is the solution? You seem unable to be satisfied with anyone. Are they not allowed to have a platform or issues to run on? Like it or not we do have polarization in this country. Always have and we always will. Sitting around a campfire, holding hands and singing kumbaya is a pipe dream. (pun intended, and yes I did see Kasich on the tube this morning about to have a nervous breakdown over polarization) :D

We, as in the people, aren't as polorized as the media and the politicians would like us to believe.

I don't know the answer but I'm pretty sure it has something to do with refusing to be force fed the us or them, Republican vs. Democrat bull sh&t that has gotten us exactly where we are today. Looking to either one of those parties for leadership or solutions is the very definition of insanity.

McCain was nowhere near the deciding vote. Two other Senators voted no as well. I don't know why everybody is blaming McCain.
You can quit patting yourself on the back, I was bitching at the Republicans last year before the election, and have continued to bash this congress.
I continue to say the fawking government needs to stay out of my health care, and let the free market handle it.
Less government means more freedom....right?
