Well, We are thinking of driving out to see Oklahoma City, for the first time. Where , Who would be the best place to get a steak,...no Sizzlers or places like that.
A real good place, great food, that has steaks ....

What’s the budget?

The Ranch, my favorite higher end without going over the top.
Red Prime, Same price range as above, ($50-$80 a person)
Mahogany Or Mickey Mantle’s if you want to spend more.

I don’t recommend Cattleman’s but McClintock’s Chophouse nearby is really good and has some packing town atmosphere.
Texas Roadhouse isn’t bad, but way to noisy for me.
Longhorn Steakhouse. I eat lunch here almost weekly and have had done very good steaks.

Abuelo’s, yes the Mexican Food chain has a really good seasoned mesquite grilled Ribeye with enchiladas! With Pappas con Chili and Charro beans!

Mickey Mantle's Steakhouse would be my choice in Bricktown.

Wife says Mahogany Prime Steakhouse on Memorial. (Bring an extra arm and leg)

Ranch Steakhouse on Britton between May and 74. (Again bring extra appendages)

Problem with the Mahogany is the building design does not absorb sound and I literally could not hear my wife sitting at the table with me. This was 7-8 years ago so that may have been fixed ...... But the last time I googled em a couple years ago there were complaints about it still.

Here, but occasionally There.
Sorry, but the wife and I ate at Cattleman's several years ago, and we weren't impressed at all. To be honest, Outback's sirloin is/was probably better than what we got at Cattleman's.

Of course, she was raised on home fed beef, and we both lived and worked on the farm/ranch for a number of years.

And, we just can't see paying high dollar for food, no matter where it is or who is cooking it.
