I will take the Utah course in January,
(does anyone know how long that will take?)
I think CCW attacks will be on Obama's "B list" as the economy is all the talk of the town right now, but if I could predict the future I would be much richer man.

I had the same thing happen to me. I was able to go directly to OSBI off broadway extension, they did my prints over electronically, and the nice girl there even had one of the finger print techs actually look at my prints before I left to make sure that they looked good. It did the trick. Good luck

I turned my stuff in Oct. 21....got a letter the other day stating..."you indicated on your application that you were born outside the United States. Please provide us with the following

1 current OK drivers license(copy)
2 [/I]Copy of your Immigration and naturalization papers showing proof of U.S. citizenship.

If you were born out of the country and your parents were U.S. citizens, check here _____

sign and date 11/03 08

I faxed OKDL, and Certificate of birth a-broad(j/k) and yes I am a citizen....However I don't have INS papers as I am a citizen....I wonder how long this will hold things up? And if that is sufficient proof? The only other things I have are social security card and dd214:soldiers:

I called OSBI last week and found that it hasn't been rejected(yet)... so hopefully I will get a letter in the next week or two!!!

I am waiting once again. As an instructor, I have to be fingerprinted and go through the whole process every time I renew. (Just in case my fingerprints changed!) Turned it all in on the 24th, so we will see how long a renewal takes.

Picked mine up today!

Turned it in 9-25, the letter went out on 12-15; ~80 days. That includes a re-fingerprinting.

Of course, I left Stillwater to go home for Christmas break on 12-12, and didn't make it back until today. It's been waiting at the Sheriff's office for nearly a month. I knew they were gonna do that to me...

Hi all, first post.
I filed my paperwork w/ sheriffs office in Quail Springs Mall on 11/10. Do I call that office or the central office to check if my license is ready, and once it is, where will I actually pick it up? Thanks in advance.
