None of our gun laws are restricted to only concealed. There is no more concealed language in the SDA as written. Constitutional carry is legal for our "carry" law, openly or concealed, in a holster or on a sling

I finally saw an OC'er yesterday. First one in a long time...funny thing was, he was wearing an untucked shirt but had part of the shirt intentionally tucked in behind his holster, just so everyone could see his gun.

I do that sometimes, when I get the gun out of the hot truck in summer or cold in winter. A hot ass gun on your side skin is not comfortable.
