2700 Lumen Pistol Light

I have a 1500 lumen flashlight. You can't see for several minutes if you catch the beam. I cant imagine this thing on a gun.

I had a custom mag light many years ago. It used multiple sub c rechargeable batts and had a custom aluminum reflector and they used bulbs out of Dentist office lights. It would lite news paper on fire. Its was crazy bright.

Sounds like you had a Black Bear modded Maglite. They certainly would light things on fire. The downside to those was the fragile bulbs.

I have a 4300 Lumen light on my .300BLK pistol.

Emisar D4 with a Cree XP-L HI V3 3A 5000K emitter (15,000 candela) and unprotected Efest 18650 battery. And yes, it will start a fire if misused, so I have the UI set to momentary only and the button is recessed.
