I've always been afraid to take all kinds of different meds at once cuz I thought it would cause problems like kidney damage on down the road.

Your choice. No real evidence of that, but convincing people otherwise I have learned is wasted effort. You can talk to your doctor about it, listen to their advice or throw it out the window. Ultimately it's you who has to live with whichever choice you make.

I take Zyrtec every day and it works great for me, though I suspect you've already tried it. Every once in a while I'll get really fed up and take some phenergan, but only if I don't plan on being productive that day.

The only thing that currently works for me is a double dose of Zyrtec.
