I've been smoking Salmon for the last couple of weeks. Good stuff.....

WTH man. Smoking food ain't intended to be all healthy.......it's about the PIG not the fish.

Actually, it's been quite interesting. I love fish so it was just a matter of time.

I need you guys to give me an idea on an awesome concrete/brick smoker. I've got an area down from the house we put a firepit in and I'm thinking of how to make it a general chillin area and I've always wanted a wood fired oven/smoker as a permanent fixure.

I have the corned beef on the smoker and some Johnsonville spicy brats, the new pecan wood I brought up to the house is burning about 5 times hotter than it should be so that's fun right now.
