I'm a big fan of sharp cheddars.

Seaside Cheddar at Whole Foods is my new favorite.

Sharpest cheddar I've ever had. There's a little crystallization going on in it. A little extra snap when you bite into one.

The sharp Cheddar from Swan's in Claremore is pretty good too.

While I do like various cheeses, I don't think I'll ever try that Spanish Worm Cheese.

I like cheese but my gall bladder says "Oh, no, don't do it ... You'll be sorry ..." Sadly, my gall bladder is almost always right ...

I love cheese but have a lot of trouble finding the specialty cheeses I really enjoy trying. That and really good pates and such

I'm a big fan of Hoffman's Hickory Smoked Cheddar & Swiss cheese with some pepperoni on a Town House Cracker. Makes a great late night snack. Only a few cheeses I've found that I don't like.

Been, if you don'tlike Swiss Cheese, then you've never had a good Philly Swiss steak sandwich with lots of grilled peppers & onions.

David, I've had philly cheese steak sandwich from many different establishments in Philadelphia. Some use cheese-whiz on their sandwiches.
