that Christian Brothers cheese is doggone good stuff and keeps your $ in Oklahoma. OSU farmer's market is a great place to get it and lots of other yummy locally produced stuff.

So am I a freak if I'm not a big lover of cheese? "Hello, Savastano's? I'd like to order one of your Chicago style pizzas where you normally add several pounds of cheese. Yes, that one - but I only want a light dusting of cheese. That's right, just a little cheese. I'm getting it mainly for the crust... thanks."

You may like Forward Foods in Norman. Definitely a "Feet of God" kind of place.

Purple Haze - Cypress Grove Chevre in California makes this nifty little disc of scrumptious, creamy chevre laced with lavender and fennel pollen. An absolute delight and an easy meal with some olives, fruit and baguette.

Where is he lately anyway?

I buy from Christian Cheese at the OSUOKC market and from the OK Food Coop.

Good stuff! If you're in the Coop get the "ends and pieces" for a neat sampler.
