I didn’t look at the price per pound for that trimmed flat, just the total.
I have seen complete untrimmed brisket going from $75-$100.
4.99 a pound or higher.

At Sam's it was $2.44lb for the Prime, non-prime was $2.28lb.

That one was almost 15lbs, $35 or $36 or so, I chose it for the marbling in the flat, I paid for a fair amount of extra fat.

At one point early pandemic they were almost $6lb at Sam's.

Prime at Costco last week was $3.49/lb I think?
