If the buyer asked anything along that line, I would not lie to them but I would just answer what they asked. I would not volunteer information beyond that, it's just not relevant.
I also wouldn't hesitate to buy the gun, if the price was right and it was something I wanted.
I always wonder about why it's supposed to be bad, for example, to buy a house if someone died in it. I doubt there's one square foot of ground on this green earth where someone didn't die, sometime. Someone was probably buried within the last several thousand years exactly where you're sitting right now.
