Sounds good, what time will it be ready? I'll be over!!!

I'm going the easy route this Labor Day. Going to the Southside of OKC and get a 1/2 pound of barbacoa, and lingua(spiced and cooked).....maybe some menudo. Case of Pabst or Modelo Especial and some taco fixin's and make some tacos...Southside style.

Stopped in Plano yesterday and had them cut me some 2 inch thick Ribeyes from a 21 day dry aged chunk of heaven they had in the case. Thinking about it now....That would make a great breakfast :D

I am smoking 9 racks of baby back ribs, a log of blue and gold sausage, and whatever anyone else brings me tomorrow. I will take and post a few pics tomorrow.

Sounds awesome! Never thought about smoking the Blue and Gold. How long do you smoke the sausage for and what temp?

I'm stuck on a barge off the coast of Brazil for an indefinite amount of time right now, and I work nights so I just ate lunch. The highlight of the meal was beans and rice (just like it is every day) and the best thing I could get ahold of was an unripened pare… you guys suck, lol
