I agree about too many shows, with too little to show. I've told Pearl that I would be better off saving the time and money spent at the little local shows, and, instead, save my money for the twice yearly Wanenmacher shows. I know people hate the crowds there, but the crowds are there because the selection is there.

Last summer I spent a few hours typing paper letters to send to every gun-show owner I could find,,,
I told them that charging more then $10.00 just for admission was outrageous,,,
So, I will not be attending anything they put on.

$14.00 just to get in the door at the OK City fairgrounds is bad enough,,,
Then to find the show is full of non-fieryarm stuff is unacceptable.

Of course I received no response from any of them,,,
But at least I got to vent a bit.

The Bad Shot Shows are small,,,
But admission is only $5.00 (for vets),,,
And the tables have guns and ammo and shooting stuff.

If I want a candle,,,
I'll go to Wal Mart.
