Kansas, WV expand recognition

Kansas and West Virginia recently changed their laws to recognize NON-RESIDENT carry licenses from all the states they recognize. This does not affect OK CCL, but those with non-res licenses should check to see if their CHLs are on the recognized lists of these states.

From the looks of it, Utah non-resident no longer gets you into Nevada.
