Legally you have to go to small claims court with something like this. You can always make someone pay........ Or pay back can be a *****!!!!

I just have a lot of information to find out who this was, and I'm sure he lives around Mustang somewhere. So ill run into him given enough time.

You're pissin' in the wind. There is nothing you will be able to do about it. Your insurance company won't do anything about something this small, either. Your biggest hurdle would be proving the truck did it. There could have been multiple people that parked next to your wife's car before she returned. My guess would be someone who slammed the door hard enough to leave that dent, would move their car before she came back. The truck could be an innocent person who parked there afterwards. The dent aligning up means nothing to prove quilt.

A qualified dent specialist would be able to pop that dent and buff the scuff to where it's not noticeable. And the fact you are publicly announcing you intend to damage another persons property based solely on the fact they where parked next to your car, is ignorant at best.

My wife did. She was upset about someone parking way out there, and sent me a text. Our four year old was being a pain and she loaded him from the drivers side… When she got home to get him out she noticed it.

No that pic is from my wifes phone. When you have a women really upset about her new car very angry. A man will do a lot of things to stay out of the line of fire. She was able to get pictures and the boat numbers from Wal-mart cameras.

So then she got home, saw the dent, then went back to the parking lot to take the picture with her phone? Why else would she take the picture in the parking lot before she left if she hadn't noticed the dent yet?

This would explain why in the pic it looks too far away to have caused it... but your claim is toast. She was in a different locale when she noticed it, and there is no proof it wasn't caused somewhere else, before or after, and she's trying to pin it on the driver of the truck. No offense, I'm not saying your wife is lying, I'm saying you won't get it paid-for.

Unless you find the driver and he mans up. But I'd call it a slim to none for that.

Sorry man.

Good going. Much better than waiting for him and talking to him like an adult.

Hiding from all you crazy people!!!
Same thing happened to my boat trailer first time on the lake. Bought it during the week and took it out that Saturday (Toppers on Gibson). After running around all day breaking it in I went to back the trailer down to load up and a buddy hollered at me to stop. Someone had hit my trailer fender bending it into the tire. Had a nasty dent and left a nice ring around the tire where I backed it up a bit. Took a pipe wrench to pry it out so I could gt it home.
Funny part is the next summer diving on Tennkiller I got back to the truck and some guy left a note on my wind shield telling me he hit my trailer and to call him. I called and he said he was so sorry he backed into it but he had to leave but would pay to have it fixed. I looked my trailer over and didn't see any damage. I asked what he hit and he said the drivers side trailer fender. I just laughed and told him that fender was already messed up and the he didn't hit it. He swore up and down he did and he would take care of it. I laughed some more and told him of he did hit it then he didn't do any more dmamge than was already there and not to worry about it.
He is a stand up guy for sure though.

So is this your wife's car in the picture? If so, how did you buy it late Saturday night and the only time it has been out of the garage was this time to Walmart in Mustang. Yet, she has an Arkansas Commitment to Education license plate? and if she is that close to the lawn and garden, she isn't that far out.
