I am so sorry for your loss. I know what's it's like, having lost my wife four and a half years ago. What helped me get through the hard times was forcing myself into getting out among people. I lost it a few times but as each day passed, it got easier for me. I pray it will get easier for you, too.

Very sorry you're going through this. I lost my spouse years ago and it left a giant hole in the world. I couldn't understand how others didn't notice the empty spot in the world. I didn't want to end my life, but I wouldn't have objected if God dropped a rock on me, I just wanted to go where she went.
