That's an Employment Practices lawsuit all day long.
I one of the two bill the Democraps are pushing gives OSHA the power to fine businesses that have worker that haven't taken the shot up to $700,000.00.
I expect mine to require the stabby stab any time now, currently they are recommending you get the stabby stab.
I jumped back in march. It was a personal choice I made.
I believe and will always believe it should be a personal choice you make, for reasons of your own.
I had the moderna, the first shot just got a red rash and large bump at the injection site, 2nd shot the next day I felt like I had been run over by a truck. I did notice I had breathing issues for several months after but those have pretty much gone away.

^^^this^^^ Employers are making decisions based off of what the politicians are doing. It's a disaster for all.

The gubberment wonders why the public is so against the jab.
That is the reason congress created those organizations. They (OSHA)can delegate the power to create work place regulations backed up by fines and prison while allowing politicians to act like that is an affront to our freedoms.
They can rant on the bureaucracy they created taking away our freedoms during the elections while keeping silent on doing away with them after being elected citing it's for the better good of the public.
Congress rarely passes real laws now. They pass fluff to get their name on a highway or a high school gym, show up to the office at their leisure and generally don't do squat other than blather and pontificate in front of the camera.
Edit: The progressive arm of the demonrats have certainly upset the normalcy of congress. ^^^^^
They are basically controlling the narrative now with their ultra progressive ideals that will be a detriment to those of us in the flyby states.
My sons entire squad got Moderna they had insomnia for close to 10 days, they weren’t forced to take it just being good Marines I guess.
I reckon our company is waiting for a government mandate to impose the stick. Under Joe's initial requirements, we'd definitely be required to get it.
