Database admin/Systems admin at Tinker. This is my third "career" so far.....

Right now I'm a sales associate in the sporting goods department at a Walmart. I've also been the same at Harbor Freight Tools; a technical troubleshooter at DirecTV; a video production person (doing multiple jobs) at a cable company local origination station in New Jersey, a small (and now defunct) TV station (also in NJ,) and acable LO station in Springfield, MO. Before all that, I was an aviation electronics technician in the Navy, mainly working on the EA-6B Prowler ECM aircraft and its associated ECM systems. Oh, yes, there was a short stint (longer than my time at HFT but less than my time at Walmart) as a sales person at a Radio Shack--where I learned I was too honest for commission sales...

According to my job title I am a software engineer for a well-known aerospace contractor, but in truth the job description should include cat herder, punching bag, inaccurate estimate maker-upper, document writer, and designated point-of-blame. Officially I am a lead, but most of my team has left for greener pastures. Still wondering if I should take it personally.

I am also a professional cat header. I started working with the humane society and others. Rescuing, fostering, raising,........
