The problem is that the insurance agencys think they can tell a medical Dr. what a patient needs. They are only trying to get off as cheeply as possible. There should be laws protecting us from this. The only time Insurance calls you in a timley manner is when they want some money, not to help you. '

There would be laws protecting you, if you stopped voting in legislators more loyal to Big Insurance and Big Business than to regular working folks. However, many of the people here continue to vote for people who do not have the interests of individuals at heart. These people blame lawyers for problems (because they have imbibed the corporate kool-aid) and these same peoplenever think anything bad will happen to them...yet they are the first to ***** about how unfair the system is. You reap what you sow.
