Edit: There actually is some things that are used in the production. Biocides to prevent bacteria.

Rather, we are leasing space in the SPR to companies taking possession of the oil.

Not in Ponca City. Still almost $2 a gallon for real gas. Buck seventy nine this afternoon when I got gas for the mower.
Good thing Gov Stitt has a huge rainy day fund to work from.
Oil went to less than Zero today.
