I make a little more money that will buy quite a bit less. I'm not any more financially secure than I was 4 years ago.
The amount I pay the .gov to violate my individual freedoms has increased, while my freedoms continue to decrease. So NO.

I don't attribute much, if any of this, to the government at any level. My federal taxes have gone down some (as of the 2011 tax year), but not enough to make a big difference either way.

Individually, some have prospered, and some have gone down hill.
The Dems will focus on the individual, and not the USA.
The ignorant masses will focus on the individual.
You can't contribute the success of you business to the government then....unless you're claiming that their failure to enforce immigration policy is bringing you more illegals with slip and fall cases.
