The Osage casino at Ponca has a monster chicken fry.
Tenderized round steak, hand breaded and deep fried.
The half order will cover most of a 10" plate.
I've never seen how big a full order is.

+1 on Cheever's - since Chicken Fried Steak is the Official State Food, you would think more restaurants would compete to have the Best Chicken Fried Steak
