Everyone I know that had the second round of Pfizer said their arm was a little more sore than the first time and experienced some fatigue for a day. I don't know any Moderna second rounders yet, I'll get my second one on the 25th.
FWIW, take the day off after the 2nd shot. Some people can be febrile with rigors & body aches. I’m old, so I didn’t work the next day. Symptoms Usually controlled with Tylenol & NSAIDs. Tylenol didn’t do crap for me, but Motrin helps. No sx for me after 24hrs. Good luck
