check employee for suspended license

Howdy,

Is there any way to see if an employee of mine currently has their license suspended?

OSCN shows that he was ticked for a driving under a suspended license ( 2nd offense) at the beginning of the year but still shows it as a pending charge.

Ask him to see his license. Rarely, if its suspended do they have it. Escpecially, if he got pulled over for driving under suspension, the officer would have pulled it then. If he is driving for you, then ask him for his number and the city will run it for you and tell you if its active.
