Just grilled 9 hamburger patties for the freezer. I have a chub of balonoga cut in 3/8" slices with BBQ sauce in the smoker at the moment. Most of it will go in the freezer also.

Hmmm... not a bad idea. The cornbread is gone, but the etouffee is in the freezer, I think.
