For the small portion of the population that knows how to use a 4 way stop or the stoppage of a working stoplight, we get it and it’s pretty easy for us to understand. Now of the rest of the population that need something whether it’s a light, electronics, or another person, etc to direct them at most tasks during the day, this poses a problem for them, not having something or someone telling them what, when and how to do something. Unfortunately, you are asking way too much from the rest of the population. When traffic lights go out at a 4-way intersection.....stop, treat it as a stop sign controlled intersection. My gosh how stupid can some people be. Almost hit two times coming to work.
