Favorite saying in a sales ad

What is your favorite saying in a sales ad. Here is my short list. I'm not trying to stir anything up but these usually make me smile.
1. Priced to sell (when it is obviously over priced)
2. I'm just trying to get back what I've got in it. (Usually they over paid)
3. No low ball offers. (Usually on an over priced item)

On the flip side of the coin. I love it when they ask for your bottom dollar, you say My bottom dollar is $500, they come back and say I'll give you $400

"Taurus" = Red Flag

"Custom" (insert gun here) for sale or trade. Usually, that should really say: "Bubba'd" (insert gun here) for sale or trade.

It often refers to work involving Dremels, wood rasps, grinders, and Krylon rattle-can paint jobs. Here; these are "Custom" Glocks, obviously worth much more than what they paid for them because they are "custom" guns now.
