Well your st. wests are west of Union, and your east aves are east of Garnett. (talking major mile blocks, not neighborhood streets- the west/east divider is Main technically)
I'll concede that BA sucks for naming their east-west streets, but you can memorize them pretty quick so when some goober BA guy is all "It's on Albany" you know his waterhead ass means it's on 61st.
Your mile section roads start out at 11th and run in order going south way down until you're out of Tulsa county at 211th. They actually keep going that way into Okmulgee County, too.
North of that you got Admiral, Pine, and Apache then 36th St. N and they go north on the sixes.
W-E = Union, Elwoood, Peoria, Lewis, Harvard, Yale, Sheridan, Memorial, Mingo, Garnett.
That's the entire city right thurr. And downtown is a 1.4 mile square, so if you get turned around there, just keep making turns until you hit a road you recognize, which is impossible not to do in less than 3 minutes.
