Excellent. I used a cup of worcestire, a cup of soy sauce, a cup of moore's, a few good glugs of tobasco. And for good measure some American Harvest jerky seasoning. Everybody loves it.

Bass pro has some awsome seasoning mixes for Jerky. I've tryed all the others and now all I use is bass pro mix.

They have a danged good hush puppy mix that uses fresh jalepeno's as well.
I'm not a big fan of fried cornmeal, but that was really good. They had a person cooking it in the store on demo days.

Hi mountain jerky cure, black pepper and inferno are really good.

Yes, I agree, I use this for ground meat and use a jerky cannon. One thing I learned to do, that helps lean meat stick together. Use 1/4 cup ice cold water per pound of meat, mix it in the meat right before shooting onto the dehydrator trays.

Its that time of year again. I have 3 gallons bags of deer jerky marinating. I stumbled across Head Country liquid marinade at the store tonight. That is good stuff.
