Interesting options above. I do wonder though whether this is on your "Yard" or is it actually on the easement? Might make a difference in how to approach this situation.

Dog crap will probably do more harm to your lawn than good, hoping and assuming the dog owners are feeding him meat.

I saw nothing in your post hinting around that you might consider it, but please don't do anything directly to the dog (no BB guns, anti-freeze, etc). It's not his fault his owners are morons. I would advise calling the police rather than animal welfare, unless they're able to cite the owners rather than hauling the dog away, which punishes the dog more than it does the owners.

I would also think returning the dumps to the front porch or driveway (bagged or not) would be a good way to get your point across.

Don't these people have a backyard for this kind of stuff?

Here, but occasionally There.
Really? You've actually lost sleep and had anxiety issues over dog poop?

Sorry, buddy... truly am.

This was my thought as well.

Also, as far as returning the poo, are you going to be able to determine which neighbor to return it to? Are you absolutely positive that another dog on the street isn't doing the dirty deed?

And for the real solution, how about a fence?

Maybe I'm just a little too mean.....

You know their address .....right.??!! Go buy a couple of manilla envelopes...big
yellow ones. Hand write the owners name and address...no return address...or
homeowner/address...everything and put "co" the dog's name and mail it to them.

Get creative and put wrapped packages on their porch or by their mail box.

Don't forget to print out card or letter with the same phrase to the same owner.....free fertilizer
for your yard,or the same phrases the man used.

I don't think it's the dog poop on his grass that has him losing sleep, but the fact that 2 people who should be very warm, welcoming, and respectful towards him are blatantly disrespecting him, his privacy and his property without giving a single damn about it.

Animal welfare is probably the best bet. In Tulsa, the police will turn it over to them anyway. And, they will cite the animal owner just like a traffic ticket.

Fines in Tulsa:

•Dog/Cat at large Citation: $75
•Un-spayed/Un-neutered Citation: $75
•Unvaccinated Animal Citation: $75
•Unlicensed Animal Citation: $75

If the dog is impounded there may be other charges as well.

This is not something that I actually know, but it may be illegal to mail dog poop (hazardous substance). Just sayin'. Good idea, though. Get's the point across.
