That's what I was wondering. Did he board it? If not, how can they charge him? Because they knew he was going to board it? A little Minority Report if you ask me. Of course this guy's an idiot for having his gun but let's enforce the actual laws on the books. We don't need to make up stuff as we go or punish people for what we think they were going to do.
He worked for American Airlines I believe, and he will likely lose his job. and the word is be got the gun through Tulsa security but I can't verify that
