For Immediate Release January 22, 2023 Bice Announces Congressional Art Competition for Oklahoma’s Fifth District​ Oklahoma City, OK – Representative Stephanie Bice (OK-05) invites high school students in Oklahoma’s Fifth Congressional District to participate in the 2023 Congressional Art Competition. Students in grades 9 through 12 can submit their original work of art to compete for the opportunity to have it displayed in the United States Capitol for one year. “Each year, the Congressional Art Competition is a great way to celebrate artistic talents nationwide,” Rep.
