The act as introduced specified the elimination of the of the tax retroactive to October 2015. But, again, if it is passed as introduced; there's nothing stopping it from being amended.

My bet is that it isn’t going to get passed anytime soon, if ever, and it would be heavily amended along with zero chance of getting any money back from the feds.


I already have my suppressors. I’m not going to set around waiting on the .gov to do me any favors.

Relief (restoration of rights) is not going to happen anytime soon. Suck it up fellas and pay the price if you want a suppressor.

Yes the $200 sucks. Just consider it a part of the price. The suppressor will last a lifetime. Get it while you can. If the SAFE Act passes, and we get our money back then just consider it a bonus. Then take that money, and buy some more 2A related stuff.
