I enjoyed the movie.

It got my wife into a survivalist/science fiction movie and she enjoyed it. That is a big +1 for me.

Predictable? Maybe

I kind of saw it as a mesh of many films and books. Running Man, Romeo and Juliet, The Most Dangerous Game, and a few others.

I've got the books on kindle and will read them when I get thru my other "must read" list.

That made me chuckle...thanks. The movie was pretty good IMO, but I wasn't expecting anything epic. I like going to see a movie and NOT being surprised by content I wouldn't want kids to see.
