Two favorite pies...Hot & Cold
Mostly these two...
I really like banana pie (basically banana pudding without the vanilla wafers) and blueberry cheescake (meh, it looks like a pie), both on home-made graham cracker crust (it's much better than the store-bought preformed ones). Pretty much a toss-up as to which is my favorite.
On the dough style crust, I like regular ol' blueberry pie, and apple pie with vanilla ice cream.
My grandmother's rhubarb and mincemeat.
She made her pies from scratch and nobody on the planet could match hers, crust and filling were always perfection. Grandpa once sold pies for a living and was very picky. He didn't like his pies loaded down with a boatload of sugar, he wanted to taste the fruit. Hers were to die for. My step mom can bake a good pie too.

Cherry. Not sweet cherries, the tart ones. And lemon meringue. In that order.
It aint exactly a pie but I do love a blackberry cobbler.....
