How many cups of coffee do you drink each morning?

I used to drink 6-8 cups every morning for 40 years. I stopped about 7 years ago.Sometimes I still crave it and will drink a cup.

Feel much better, but it is hard to stop all that caffeine at once. I drink pop with caffeine now.

I make a 6 cup brew when I wake up in the afternoon. I make another pot when I get to work. I make another around 2 am and one more at 630 am. I am guessing about 12-18 cups a day. I do dilute it with copious amounts of water. I drink about a half gallon a day.

1, and no more than 1 soda a day water the rest of the time. Kidney stones will change your outlook on hydration and proper fluid intake.

I'm a "seasonal" coffee drinker.

In the colder months, I'll drink a whole pot before 10am.

When it warms up (spring/early summer) I might have two or three cups.

In the summertime, when it's hotter than the south side of hell, I might have one or two cups early in the morning.

Rarely will I ever drink a cup after 11am, but if we have company, I'll usually put on a pot and have a cup or two.

And for the record, Dunkin' Donuts is the only brand I use.
