I would choose the Gulf Coast. Texas or La. Way down the list would be Alaska. Way way down would be Oregon.

As much as I like Maine it's too small an area in the East, fwiw I think ME. has more rednecks per capita than OK. It was a pretty chill place, gotta take the wife to visit sometime.

I would have to go with the PNW wife loves it in Oregon and Washington.

Politics aside, both of our coasts are beautiful places with amazing recreational activities, hunting, fishing, and scenery that put Oklahoma to shame.

I'd probably choose rural Maine...the backwoods and rednecks there make most parts of Oklahoma look like a refined metropolis.

East coast, likely in the Carolinas somewhere close to good golf but inland to reduce the impact of hurricanes.

East Coast, probably Florida. If I'm going to be near the beach, I might as well be near one where it's warm enough to swim. If I was forced into the west coast, I'd go north to Oregon or Washington. I have zero interest in California
