This emulsifier seems like a common ingredient to most sauces. I have no idea how much to add, but Xanthan or Guar Gum seems to be key to keeping the stuff from phase separating.

If the stuff segregates you shake vigorously before using.Todays Americans are too lazy to shake a bottle of hot sauce. It was much different back in my day, before you kids screwd everything up.

I never included everyone into that group, I'm sorry you felt you were somehow being targeted. It certainly wasn't any kind of age bashing either as you seem to have gathered and, as I said, I'm not a youngster. I'm sorry if you thought you were being picked on, it wasn't my intention and I never said older people don't enjoy good food, those are your words not mine. I was simply telling the story of actual accounts. The comment that bland food is for nursing homes comes from my personal experience working in a nursing home and the food they served. Don't worry I won't tell anyone about you sneaking hot sauce in, heck give me a call when the time comes, and I'll smuggle in whatever you want (as long as it's legal )...have a nice day to you also.

No problem. I just kind of took it the wrong way and it was probably all my fault. I'm the one that should be apologizing.
Anyway back to the topic. If you ever want a really good sandwich and in a hurry. Really fresh soft bread, covered with good butter and a lot of Maria Sharps. One of the best snacks I know of. I call it my Kung Fu sandwich. A few hours after eating it you will kick higher then you ever imagined. VIKING

The best hotsauce is what they serve at the food trailer behind the dollhouse in Whittier Square... it's pureed jalapenos, avocados, and a ton of sour cream.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
Don't give out this info, if we change their demographic-base then
1) the bros raise their prices
2) won't have a place to park
3) the DH will think they're doing something right! Now that's just wrong!
