Carry at "the peak" when no game going on?

I understand SDA says no professional sporting events, but what if you have business there when no sporting events are taking place? Opinions? I know concealed is concealed and all but...

I believe the building is posted...but the way I read the SDA, the mandatory exclusion only applies "during a professional sporting event".

Based on the SDA you should be good to go in this situation, even though the building is posted. Concealed means concealed.

Judging by the County Assessor, the building is owned by the city. Now the fairgrounds is fair game, but why was the zoo off limits other than they didn't want us hunting lions, tigers and bears?

If it's owned by the city and leased out to a company, that shouldn't meet the definition of "doing business with the public".

I agree but the fair association takes the opposite view and no one has overruled them or been a test case yet. You want to go first? Will be calling my state senator and rep to try to get that and a few other things cleared up next session.
