I'm gonna be working for the VA in Muskogee. I start in a few weeks. I'm pretty excited. I've been wanting to get on there for awhile and finally got my break!

I can be doing a lot of things but my job title is Claims Assistant. Its an entry level job but i'm very excited for it. Its a really good opportunity.
Sounds simular to what I do at St. John in Tulsa. I'm the charge auditor for surgery dept. Althought, I'm sure the VA pays better.

The VA starts RN's off much better than many other local hospitals - not to mention MUCH better staffing, equipment availablity, workloads, etc. My floor has lost a couple nurses to them recently.
