Are you saying that they treat all customers like that?
I can't speak to this particular policy of CVS, but their "automatically" refilling of a prescription without an order irritated the heck out of me. They were also always sending me text messages that were unnecessary. With regards to "automatically" refilling a prescription, they tried to tell me that they only refilled one if a doctor submitted the prescription. However, my doctor gives prescriptions that are 90 days (CVS wanted to do only 30 days), and my prescription "orders" are generally good for a full year.
In addition, the wife got a prescription that cost $140 at CVS, but the exact same prescription at Walmart was $20.
