Actually I think it was so everyone could get stuck when WallyWorld jacked thier prices up to cover it. Covert price gouging by big oil.
i was reading an article Wednesday on how the expanded domestic production of oil and gas was disrupting world oil markets. If this is what we get from all of that drilling, then you can take that "drill baby drill" noise and shove it up your _____!
Some of the Shells in the Nichols Hills area are trying to peddle it for $3.95-$3.98. Drive a couple blocks and its $0.30-$0.40 cheaper at some of the 7/11's.

Nothing to be confused about. I don't have a problem with companies making as much profit as they can. All though I get a little irritated when companies try to make it on a commodity that essentially runs the Nation's economy. I find it funny, when oil was almost 140.00 a barrel, we were paying less for unleaded. I also find it kinda irritating that a refinery would schedule maintenance right before the first holiday travel weekend.
4.00 gas put a thriving economy into a deep recession with a very long drawn out recovery back in 08. If people don't give two chits these companies are trying to do it again, then so be it. We just pulled about 2000.00 out of this economy by canceling our summer vacation plans today.

hahahahahaha, That's one of the biggest fail statements I have read this year. I'll be sure to tell all the other haulers at the terminals tomorrow about that statement.
